Personalised Orders

• Personalised embroidery takes additional time as each piece is custom-made.
• Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be dispatched, depending on the quantity and complexity of items ordered.
• We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and notify you once it has been shipped.

 

Unpersonalised Items

• Ready-made, unpersonalised items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

 

 

Shipping Times

• Once dispatched, shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
• Please note that delays caused by postal or courier services are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.

Additional Information

• If your order includes both personalised and unpersonalised items, the entire order will be dispatched together once all items are ready (unless otherwise agreed).
